tat te ‘nukampāṁ susamīkṣamāṇo,
bhuñjāna evātma-kṛtaṁ vipākam
hṛd-vāg-vapurbhir vidhadhan namas te,
jīveta yo mukti-pade sa dāya bhāk

“One who, in the hope of achieving Your grace, goes on enduring the inauspicious fruit of his own karma, and passes his days practicing devotion unto You in every thought, word, and deed – such a person is heir to the land of freedom: he attains to the plane of positive immortality.” (Lord Brahmā) (S-B, 10.14.8) + (SSPJ, p 41)

sa devaś caitanyākṛtir atitarāḿ naḥ kṛpayatu

By performing the sacrifice of congregational chanting of the holy name, scholars in the age of Kali worship Lord Krsna, who is now non-blackish because of the great upsurge of feelings of Srimati Radharani. He is the only worshipable Deity for the paramahamsas, who have attained the highest stage of the fourth order (sannyasa). May that Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Caitanya, show us His great causeless mercy.

Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu is always the most worshipable Deity of the demigods, including Lord Siva and Lord Brahma, who came in the garb of ordinary men bearing love for Him. He instructs His own pure devotional service to His own devotees. Will He again become visible before the path of my eyes?

(S.Bhag. 9:5:14)

“O King, today I have experienced the greatness of the devotees of God, of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, because in spite of my offense against you, you have prayed for my protection.”

Durvasa was astounded to find the depth of generosity in the servitors of Ananta, Narayana. That great rsi began to speak aloud, to announce on all sides the magnanimity, the nobility of the servitors of Narayana: “How great they are! I did so much wrong towards him, and he saved my life from the reaction, the danger that came as reaction! I insulted him, and he is honouring me so much.”

Srimad Bhagavad Gita 2.66

nasti buddhir ayuktasya, na chayuktasya bhavana
na chabhavayatah santir, asantasya kutah sukham [66]

ayuktasya–For a person without self-control; na asti–there is no; buddhih–wisdom, self-knowledge. ayuktasya–For such a person devoid of this intelligence; na cha (asti)–there is no; bhavana–meditation on the Lord, purity of thought. abhavayatah–For one without meditation; na cha (asti)–there is no; santih–peace. asantasya–For a person who has no peace; kutah–where is; sukham–happiness?

A person bereft of self-control can have neither wisdom nor meditation. Without meditation, there is no peace, and without peace, where is the hope for happiness?
